Please be as specific as possible with the theme and colors of your order. A proof will be emailed to you approximately 7-10 business days from the date of your order. Be sure to provide a valid e-mail address, you may also provide your instagram handle if you wish to recieve your proof via Instagram. If you do not respond within 5 business days, your items will be sent as is. Our current process time is 4 weeks. If you need your items sooner, a rush fee will be required. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

Priority or express shipping will not speed up the process time, only the time it takes to arrive once shipped.
